Strategy & Program Planning: Development and leadership of 5-year Family Food Program for deeper engagement and more comprehensive service to our demographic.
Community Engagement & Relationship Building: Speaker and organization representative at local and national community meetings, conferences and collaborative impact groups. Partnership development with community groups, local leaders, and individual volunteers to support fundraising and program implementation.
Program Evaluation & Reporting: Regularly visit sites to assess impact, address challenges, and ensure programs are in compliance with federal and organizational standards and grant requirements. Track changing program needs, attendance, and performance for grant applications and reporting as well as for internal communications.
Communications: Work with marketing to create innovative, story-based promotional materials across a range of media channels using latest technology and best practices.
