DEPUTY FIELD DIRECTOR, PROJECT VOTE
Campaign Strategy: Researched, developed, and executed program strategy working with Project Vote Board, Executive Director, and relevant community-based organizations.
Campaign Building & Management: Recruited, organized and managed teams across the US including local Program Managers, Officers, Quality Control Officers, and volunteers. Ongoing hands-on campaign support for teams in the lead up to the 2014 election.
Training: Wrote and executed training workshops for local nonprofits on how to design and implement voter registration for their clients as part of their existing work.
Communications & Networking: Draft and developed website content, webinars, social media, mass mailings, and presentations in support of campaigns. Research and outreach to like-minded regional organizations to garner support and collaborate towards mutual organizational and community goals.
Measuring Results: Created tools to measure impact and effectiveness of programs including online feedback forms, interviews, and remote reporting of daily field numbers.
